Thanks for help, you actually helped me solve the problem.
The Application Password needs to have read+write permission and I was creating only “read”.
Also I noticed that in group Administrators settings API option was disabled, so for anyone else reading this with similar problem it was one of these two things causing problem.
The plugin works as expected, thank you!
