This issue is still not fixed in a new version.
Non-secured user can’t see pics uploaded as a https admin. What’s funny, when http user uploads pictures and then https user navigates to the gallery settings, pics are copied and displayed as: https://domain/wp-content/uploads/folder/picture.jpg
