basically i dont know anything about coding or anything, I am non IT guy,

but

see my hosting provider is inmotion hosting, i contacted support through chat. They said they activated Gzip on my server, then i tried again then one notice came saying in need to add define tag in WP-Config.php, then i edited that file through Cpanel filemanager editor and added that Define line stated WordPress cach to True. Exact tag i dont remeber.
