I did that, but am still unable to use form manager. Any more suggestions? Will this be fixed in a future upgrade? I hate to have to deactivate the shopping cart while I create forms.

I figured out that it is conflicting with the following plugin: WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin. When I deactivate the shopping cart plugin, I am able to edit the fields.Is a permanent fix possible?
