Yes, this seemed to have fixed itself. I went back into the Dashboard, switched the menu to secondary, and it finally stuck. Thanks.

Unfortunately my screen does not have these options. I’m guessing it is because I am operating on an earlier version of WordPress? Is there a way to do it on this version? Screenshot – http://prntscr.com/o6xbj6
