I forgot to mention that I’m not using a WordPress plugin. Instead, I took the cookie script from the CookieYes web Cookie Consent Solution and pasted it into the header. But it should work the same way, right? I did it in the same manner, edited it as text, added custom classes, and after saving and publishing, it does not show that I have a custom class or attribute.
