Hi @mosesmedh , the issue is when the woocommerce is enabled, I cant access the site or admin panel. My plugins and woocommerce with Version: 9.8.3 works fine on live site. But the only problem occurs on localhost.

I have installed Smart Image Resize plugin and check the custom cropping option was already set to 1:1, but still thumbnail are not resizing. Please suggest i have latest version of wordpress 5.3 and latest version of your plugin 1.2.0.
