AudioAcrobat actually offers an Alternate HTML Code option (that doesn’t include the iFrame tags, which is not compatible with WordPress without doing a workaround) when you generate the code for your audio.

I had the same problem and when I was just about to pull out my hair, I decided to Google it (imagine that!).
I see you posted this 6 months ago, so you’ve probably resolved the issue or else simply posted the AudioAcrobat link instead of the player.
