Hello @alexlim91 ,
You should be connect in free version as well. (otherwise what would be the point if it could not be used? 🙂 )
Can you send me the content of the Troubleshooting tab or your login email in Trustindex admin?
Waiting for your reply,
Tom
TrustindexHello @digitalille,
Facebook needs new
access_tokenwhen the user has changed its password, changed the permission to the given FB page, etc…Try to re-connect the FB source.
Let me know the results,
Tom
TrustindexHello @alexlim91,
Facebook will ask for permission again if you access token expired. It could happen when:
– your permissions to your FB page has changed
– your password in FB has changed
– …It is totally an FB competence.
Let me note 2 things:
– if you have a paid package, you will no have to update manually. System do it for you automatically
– if you have WooCommerce, you may like our new plugin which helps you to create review-request campaigns: https://wordpress.org/plugins/customer-reviews-for-woocommerce/Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] Es compatible con amp?Hello @alonso1234567890 ,
You can try it for free 🙂
But for now, I can give a half answer: yes for a few widgets, no for a couple of widgets. For example, “badge” layouts can be built in. Or the “image” type widgets / images generated on admin.trustindex.io can be placed on AMP pages.
Please use the auto-update function in the Plugin’s list (in WP admin) about our plugin, because the next versions will solve the AMP issue as well.
I will wirte here,
Tom

In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] How to hide empty reviewDear @alkeshkumbh,
You can hide empty reviews easily with Trustindex reviews. Search for the option under “Free Widget Configurator” tab > 4th step (Set up widget): “Hide reviews without comments”
