Solutions:
1) If you have an account at admin.trustindex.io, you do not need the WP plugin. (Just insert the widget’s raw script -what you will get after widget saving- into your site and that’s all.)
2) If you stick to the shortcode function of the plugin:
Maybe if you follow the Troubleshooting tab’s steps, after it (as the last step) you can send us the report, I can help you.Tom,
