Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I did just as you said, removed the slash from the facebook canvas url in WPBook settings and updated the canvas url on faceboook.

What’s the url of your Facebook application? http://apps.facebook.com/mosquethirtyfour/ (which never displays a page, it just continues to refresh)
http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=259932600943 (or do you mean this url?)What do you have set as the canvas callback URL in the Facebook settings for your app? Do you mean canvas url, which is http://www.mosque34.org/. I do not see the option to input a canvas callback URL.
