Thanks @erishel! I actually realized I didn’t include wp_head() in the <head> of the theme. Doh! That’s what was causing in the issue.

Thanks for the tip! I ended up just using the Constant Contact Inline Form code, and styling it to look like the form I designed.

That said, it was a lot of work and sounds like that plugin you recommended would be easier. I’ll take a look at it when I run across this issue again.

Thanks! Is there documentation explaining how that filter hook works (i.e. what parameters it takes, etc)?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply! I was actually able to find a cached version of the site using http://cachedview.com/, and I was able to pull the CSS from there.

Phew.
