Hi @gabyimagely
problem solved. The cause was in the “Effetti Lightbox” that I had used. Now I selected Shutter and it’s ok and the error has not been showed anymore. thank you for your support.

I temporarily activated “Twenty Seventeen” theme and the error popup is still showed then I think the problem is not caused from tipology of theme installed…

I created a new gallery and the error is present also with the last version of Nextgen 🙁

Hi, @gabyimagely
I temporarily deactivated all plugins except NextGen Gallery but the error popup is still present.
I’ve some doubts changing the current theme … but I thank you for the suggest!
Only a consideration: with the previous releases of Nextgen (i.e. 3.0.8) the problem does not exist. (See for example the site https://www.francescatricarico.it)
