Thanks for your help!

If the image is not uploaded to the media library already, when I upload the image directly to the thumbnail, it always return “The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2,560 pixels.” However, when I go to the media library, the image has successfully uploaded. When I go back to the product category thumbnail and choose the already uploaded image, it allows me to choose the image i want, but after that nothing happened.

I have tried the generate store thumbnail too and it can’t help either.

Any thoughts what might have gone wrong?
