Is it possible that these subscribers have been imported with these dates or subscribed on May 31st indeed?
I actually see a sending test email sent from your account on May 31st so the plugin has already been active back then.

I suspect you have a mandatory custom field created in MailPoet which is not mapped to your third-party form.
Please follow these steps to check that and delete this custom field: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/313-how-to-remove-created-custom-fields-from-mailpoet-3#removemandatory

You can edit it in MailPoet > Settings > Sign-up Confirmation > Enable visual subscription confirmation emails > Open template editor.

- Is it possible to send a preview of this email or it stops as soon as you attempt sending?
- If you create a newsletter from scratch and use a template, does it work?
