I’m sorry to hear that you’re seeing an error regarding the MailPoet subscription form block.
Can you please send us the following information so we could look into it further?
– MailPoet plugin’s versions
– WordPress and PHP versionAlso, on which page are you getting this error? Are you seeing it when you’re viewing this page or when you take any action?

In this case, I think it’s your form creating WordPress users for everyone who fills it in and MailPoet creates the corresponding subscribers based on it.
Can you please check that in your Gravity Form settings?

Can you please check if the subscription form used on loxalucieheadwaters.org was created with MailPoet or was created with a third-party plugin and then integrated with MailPoet?
Also, do you see your subscribers in wp-admin > Users on this site?
