When I said the dkim record, I mean when its set to own server for mail delivery there is a line that has spf and dkim which had a green checkmark next to it which said records present….
Can you please share a screenshot of this page so I can take it on to our product team?

I see that your plan is approved (for aviatorsparadise(dot)ca).
If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other”, save it, and then change back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”
ou really need to modify the verification section in the plugin config to actually verify the info and not just check its there!
Can you please clarify what you mean? We do provide DKIM records for MailPoet Sending Service but not if you use your own sending method.

MailPoet grabs your site’s URL from your site’s setup and it seems like somewhere it resolves to mystoxx.it instead of mystoxx.it/mystoxx.
To workaround that, you can set up Linux cron: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/257-setting-the-server-side-cron-linux-cron

We allow two free plans for up to 1,000 subscribers (that include MailPoet Sending Service) per MailPoet account. However, if you want to use your own sending method with up to 1,000 subscribers, you don’t need a MailPoet account and don’t need to sign up for any plan.

If a user entered an automation before and then re-subscribed, they won’t receive it again.
I tested your form and received the RYS Interview email after confirming my subscription. Is it part from your automation? If yes, I believe it’s working properly.
You can check which subscribers already received an automation in Automations > Edit > click three dots next to your email > Email Statistics > Subscriber Engagement > check Opened/Unopened tabs.
