The title change immediately after the page is loaded as a result of the Silverlight encode and not because of the video title coding in the HTML

I can close this ticket now that I checked the search engines reads the correct HTML title code and the movie title isn’t the cause of this problem.

I put together an encoded gallery which Silverlight development team says it could not be done unless it was a plugin made for WordPress exclusively. This is amazing enough.

At this point, a user can manually write in their favorites title before confirming to save to their browser.

This was more than my best efforts for what should be a simple title code but obviously not with an unconventional Silverlight hack.

    Thank you.

You can get the theme from the wordpress website bloginblack.org which I didn’t add as a link in original post because I didn’t want it rejected for possible spam. The non-wordpress website performancepi.com

I will try your solution and post results later.

    Thank you.

The primary theme is a template with Silverlight encoded. Silverlight needs to run in this folder with it’s template in order to work.

The Silverlight Gallery using encoder is for use in a web design “template” and not a “theme”. This gallery is definitely a hack to get it to work in WordPress. (view sourcs)

When I contacted Silverlight Development Team for directions to install the gallery, they told me it would not work in WordPress. Well, its working very well.

I just have this nagging title tag issue.

    Files are in WordPress directory

    /wordpress/wp-content/themes

silverlight gallery isn’t a plugin (see original post)

    Thanks.

Actually, the problem only occurs when I change WordPress to root directory.

Silverlight loading the first video doesn’t overide any other time except when WordPress is in the root directory.

    Thanks for your response

I don’t know what it is you are referring to search.

Maybe I need to be a bit more clear.

If I change the video code title <MediaSource>VIDEO CODE TITLE</MediaSource>

that overides the index.htm title tag,

then I no longer have the correct video title but solved the bookmark title tag.

Are you directing me to do something different what I am explaining?

I also tried researching it no luck
