Update 2: I solved it by disabling Paypal Express in WC payment methods. Now it works fine. I hope anyone who reads this thread is able to solve it.
Update: I deactivated Paypal for WC Gateway and now Stripe fields seem to work fine. The problem is now with having both activated.

@stuartduff I can’t follow the guide because I can’t select the product as variable in the data dropdown option, basically beacause it doesn’t appear.
@maykato I can’t update neither WC nor WordPress, because my site crashes.
