Update: I went to Ultimate Member roles and deleted all roles that started with ‘um’ leaving just the built in WP roles. This has worked fine, the only issue I needed to fix was some of the links in menus disappeared for logged in users as the roles that could view them were the old ones, a quick update in Menus to the new roles and all is working fine. Thanks for the info Steve.
I’ll say it again too, I did this in a test version of my site first, not the live one.
Or, do what STEVE has suggested but do it on a test version of the site first. Just going to try this now.
I’ve also contacted Ultimate Member with all the info and no reply.
Same here. I’m completely confused now by which role should be used and the roles table is huge.
Also, some accounts log out just fine, others are going to a logout page and getting stuck there.
Same here. I have even tried reverting to backup and still having issues. Multiple errors, warnings that just redirect me round and round in loops. This needs fixing ASAP!
Update:
For some reason, in Safari only I am getting this message:
URL blocked: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not white-listed in the app’s client OAuth settings. Make sure that the client and web OAuth logins are on and add all your app domains as valid OAuth redirect URIs.
Only Safari returns this message, all other browsers return the ‘You are not logged in’ message
