I tried the 2 solutions you suggested and neither worked, but I did manage to fix the problem. I noticed that the ticket was pointing to my wordpress address URL (whittiermuseum.org/home) instead of my site address URL (whittiermuseum.org). When I deleted the “home” from the address, the ticket came right up. Permanent fix was to move my word press files to main public_html folder instead of the sub-directory.
