FYI.. its its past 8AM PT the correct data is showing, you won’t be able to see the wrong data until tomorrow before 8AM PT.

In reply to: [Support Tickets v2] Form Fields not showing up in ticketActually I was getting support from another plugin provider that uses Support Tickets v2 and I see what is missing, but I can’t seem to figure out why.
The “Ticket Info” box that appears below the [submit] button isn’t there for the person that submits the ticket. And in the ADMIN view of the ticket the box is there, but the additional information isn’t.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Here is a chunk of the log that I think is saying the image couldn’t be saved… let me know “if” and “what” I can do.

Added the code you provided to my functions.php and still no images getting saved.
