    Actually I was getting support from another plugin provider that uses Support Tickets v2 and I see what is missing, but I can’t seem to figure out why.

    The “Ticket Info” box that appears below the [submit] button isn’t there for the person that submits the ticket. And in the ADMIN view of the ticket the box is there, but the additional information isn’t.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!
