I solved the issue changing PHP of my server, from PHP7.3 to PHP7.2
Is it your plugin PHP7.3 compatible?

Yes, I mean to add a log of entering the tracking info added to orders. It’s really important for our business because, in this way, we can monitor who added the tracking code.
