Having the same issue. In addition to a blank Add Gallery/Options pages, I also noticed that the sidebar menus in the WP backend are not popping out like they should, I cannot “quick-edit” pages, or change the status of a page (Like from published to draft).
Very much hoping to find a fix soon!
I’ve reset the gallery, I’ve tried different themes, I have no idea what could be causing this…
