//header( 'HTTP/1.1 200 OK', true, 200 );and now my all sitemaps working properly.

just now I also change these values as you, I restarted server and again there is no effect.Hi there! I also tried to change number of limit to 25, but no take any effects. Then changed to 20 and then to 15,10,5 aslo 50 … but not working for me.
After that I increased max_execution_time from 30 to 60 sec. and this no get positive result.
May be I will wait for compatible version of Yoast plugin with WP 3.6
