we are having the same issue..
the user selects viva payments during checkout, the website moves to the next page saying
“order confirmed, you will now be redirected to viva payments website ,etc…”
but it never happens..we checked the instructions like 5 times and we use correct api keys, merchantid and codeid. . on vivapayments, the source is active and redirection url set to
https://…/?wcapi=WC_Papaki_Vivapayments_Gateway
we also checked and SOAP is enabled (as per another comment on another thread)here is the versions of the platform as reported by WC.
WC Version: 2.6.14
