Ok thanks for your help. One more quick question how do I do that. Do I need to have access to the server to make these changes? Because the site is hosted on a server someone is hosting for me.

I have a question when i go to my login page (http://www.cre8tivechemistry.com/wp-login.php) it says server error and when I go to my site (http://cre8tivechemistry.com/) it says server error 500 why does it keep telling me this? Can someone help PLEASE!
