it is a new Amazon associates account so I don’t believe I have met the requirements for the PA-API keys. Am I misunderstanding the requirement?

Ok. We will have to create an agent called Leasing and then have all of our leasing properties added under that login. I have created the leasing agent under agents but it won’t let me save the phone number. No matter what I type it keeps changing the number to 2147483647. Which is not a number of ours. Please let me know how to remedy this.
