In reply to: [Simple Drop Cap] Installed but doesn't workWell, now I updated it, and it broke the fix with the
<div></div>. Now it goes inside of <div> and tags to find the first <p>. Hmm.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Drop Cap] Installed but doesn't workOk, well, I’ve solved this by putting a
<div></div>around an image, if there’s an image at the top of the post. That way the dropcap will apply to the first paragraph and not the second. There were no other css rules or plugins affecting this. This worked to ensure that the dropcap still applies to that first paragraph.

All working now. Thanks!

In reply to: [Simple Drop Cap] Installed but doesn't workYou don’t see a random character being “dropcapped” here, for instance:

In reply to: [Simple Drop Cap] Installed but doesn't workOK, that got it mostly working. Thanks for the obvious fix.
But I’m now seeing it work for some posts but not all. I have removed the [dropcap] tags from the posts, and am just using the automatic setting. Look how for some posts it’s grabbing the right first letter of the post, but for others it’s doing some other letter…

In reply to: [Slideshow Gallery LITE] Slideshow Gallery doesn't show upHi Smoo,
Yes, it could be an awesome plug-in, but it doesn’t seem to work, alas. I didn’t have time with my client’s deadline to go into this developer’s code and snoop around.
I went with another slideshow plug-in, easy-rotator, and have had better luck with that, although it is a much more bloated piece of software in terms of code and footprint. But the kicker… it works.
