Yes, the Online Courses form is accepting registrations but those folks don’t show up in the LeadIn data set.
The Contact Us form also is accepting completed requests and those folks DO show up in the LeadIn tracking.
Is there some way to fix the “Never Miss An Update” form to make it work with LeadIn?

I too am having this issue but on on some forms.
http://www.conversedigital.com/online-course-registration this form is not being captured by LeadIn
But this form: http://www.conversedigital.com/connect
Worked fine.
Both forms had leads on 3/11 but only the second form actually showed up in the reporting — which was awesome by the way.
