To my understanding the Logo property should be presented independently of the “Sitelinks searchbox” and not only nested inside.
On Google official document, those are two different different features of Rich Content. There is also no indication that Sitelinks searchbox can have a logo property nested inside:
Is that an error ?

Here is the screenshot for Google Search Console. Here is the test from Google Rich Results showing no detected logo.
