I have also a double title, using SEO by Yoast.
I am using linguini theme by grandpixel.The header.php show me this code:
<title><?php wp_title('›', true, 'right'); ?><?php bloginfo('name'); ?> ‹ <?php bloginfo('description'); ?></title>So If somebody know, how can I fix it, that it will show me just one title, please reply.

Could you describe how can undo set the setting like was before set the ‘permanent mode’?
I have installed this plugin in permanent mode, now is disabled and deleted, but all the pages text do not appear…that for sure because the plugin, and I would like to know, how can set the parameters, that will work like before I installed your plugin.

In reply to: Problem with showing text on pagesI maybe have found the reason…the plugin which have caused troble was ‘disable comments plugin’, which is disabled and delated too. Before I have install this plugin the pages have worked fine.
I have also read the plugin developer faq, but I can’t find a solution, to fix this issue..
The mostly similar thread is here, but is not showed how to manually reset/restore the database….
