Jaelli- Thanks for the help. Unfortunately I have no experience navigating these site so I’m unable to figure out how to log into our account on the host site wordpress.com without our username and password. I’m hoping their tech support will get back to me.

Held hostage or hijacked. Unfortunately we don’t have the admin username to be able to log into the account.
Not sure how else to describe it when an unauthorized person has control of your website and will not relinquish?
