I had a similar problem earlier today. This problem was caused by a new version WordPress (4.0), and a new update for the WooCommerce plugin. The update was done about 18 hours ago. Could it be that your problems are related to updates – and not SSL?

Thank you CMSHelpLive. It seemed to be WooCommerce plugin causing the problem. What I did was to rename the folder. Then I could log in without problems. Then I updated WooCommerce again (to version 2.2.2), and now it works fine.
