In reply to: [WPSocialite] Remove the count boxesSam is right. Unfortunately Facebook doesn’t give me an easy way to do this, so that is the hold up on implementing the count boxes being removed.
I also have a question: Why lazy load the buttons if the count is not necessary? Why not just put the social links into the template linking to the content? Let me know if this makes sense.
Appreciate everyones patience.

In reply to: [WPSocialite] Page URLSam,
Here is a screenshot from my local build: http://screencast.com/t/tCkAJ8UQ
As you can see, the twitter window pops up and is showing the title and URL. Can you show me a screenshot or video? Hard for me to troubleshoot when I don’t have access or any data.
Are you implementing it via a custom loop or are you using it out of the box attaching it to the top/bottom of your posts?

In reply to: [WPSocialite] Make background image sprites transparentAh! Sorry about the confusion, I was unsure if you were running the latest version. I thought the latest sprite didn’t upload. Glad to hear it worked out.
Thanks for using WPSocialite!

In reply to: [WPSocialite] Page URLSam,
You are absolutely right, there should be a title and URL when sharing to twitter. Can you link me to your site so I can see this in action and troubleshoot?
Also, are you overriding the widget’s URL or just using the plugin out of the box?

In reply to: [WPSocialite] Add new social media buttonsDavid,
Unfortunately I see what you mean. Looks like I took StumbleUpon out of beta a little quick!
I’m working on a fix, but unfortunately it didn’t go out with this weeks 2.3 release. I’ll try my hardest to push an update next weekend. Apologies to anyone having trouble with stumbleupon as well.

In reply to: [WPSocialite] Additional Buttons PinIt Button IssueE,
Appreciate your thanks. I want to support all of the things I build, open source or client work.
I just pushed WPSocialite 2.3 to trunk, so you should see an update request in WordPress shortly.
I’ve set it up to find the featured image first. If there is none, it will then fall back onto any images attached to the post. I’m going to close this topic for now, but feel free to open it again if there is still an issue.
Let me know how this works.

Working on a solution for the next update. Going to have to hang tight until this weekend so I can finalize the code and push it up in an update.
Appreciate your patience.

That seems to be unique to you yes. Please refresh your cache or try a different browser. It sounds like you may be caching the image.
Please see this video from the dev site I have locally: http://screencast.com/t/BKoLmgpjiw
Can you link me to where you are experiencing the issue?

Look for WPSocialite 2.2 to request an update within WordPress. That version will have stumbleupon out of beta. Let me know if that works and if you have any other issues.

In reply to: [WPSocialite] Add new social media buttonsDavid,
Sorry to hear it isn’t working. The issue is with how GIT submodules are handled on Github. Essentially, the library (Socialite.js) did not come with the ZIP file I linked above. My fault, doh!
Good news is StumbleUpon is out of beta and I’m going to be pushing an update this morning. Hang tight for a half hour or so and you’ll see the update come through. I’ll also update this post when it happens.
I would delete wpsocialite-develop from your current site as well and reinstall the fresh copy once it is released.
Glad you like the plugin, hope this helps!

In reply to: [WPSocialite] Add new social media buttonsApologies for the delay liviuf, but I’ve finally added stumbleupon!
I would like you to beta test it. You can download the beta version from here: https://github.com/tmort/wpsocialite/archive/develop.zip. Unzip that and replace your current wpsocialite folder inside the wp-content/plugins folder. Then you can activate Stumbleupon in the admin area.
Give me any feedback and if it works well I’ll merge it into the main plugin.
