I solved my blank page problem by checking wp-config.php
remove any space or empty lines before the opening tag <? or after the closing tag ?>
I have solved the problem. the wp-config.php file in version 2.7.1 has three spaced before the opening tag <?
and a empty line after the closing tag ?>
when these spaces are removed the I can login

Hi thanks for the reply. I just installed and have not changed anything but plugin seem to cause problems so what plugin.
I downloaded the zip version and reinstalled with a new DB but the same thing happens
