The player was working fine on my blog and then I upgraded WordPress and went to the newer responsive version of the Magazine Premium theme. Now I get no player and a black box on my MAC. The player is fine on my iPad and iPhone. What can I do? Please help! This is a key feature of the site and goes out to thousands every Monday through our newsletter.
