Its on the home page. I see it there just fine. I flushed the cache, just in case an old page was cached.

I am using WP 4.2.4 and the plugin 2.2.1, so the latest version of everything.
Yes, I had already tried changing those Apache settings with no luck.
It turns out that it was a conflict with settings in iThemes Security (filter long urls).
I had not originally looked there, since it was an Apache level error, but unchecking that setting in iThemes Security fixed the issue.
