Will this allow you export/import only certain products? Or your entire product base?

Thank you for the response. Here are answers to each of those possible issues:
1. turning on cloud optimization for all three image types – These are not enabled in the plugin settings.
2. the server is not reporting it’s operating system properly. EWWW_IO checks the PHP_OS constant that normally contains the operating system. You would be getting a warning about an unsupported operating system if this happens though. – I am not seeing a waring about the Operating System at the top of my wordpress pages. Is there a way to double check this?
3. Safemode is on, or exec() is disabled. Again, you would be getting a big huge warning about these at the top of every page. – I do not see where these options are. Where can I check these settings?
