Nope.
EDIT: Cleared cache, offline data, even history (all inside firefox), didn’t help.

Oh great. Now that I updated to 3.9.1 tray and wrapper are back while Tweetily is activated, but the Tweetily-Options thingy disappeared.
I had the same problem when I went to pages by changing the number in the address bar. You have to use the buttons, sadly, even if it takes longer, because the exclusions get lost once you load the whole page instead of just the part of the page that lets you choose posts.
