    Thanks for commenting to both of you.

    I simply want a date on which this issue will be resolved, I have been asking for weeks about this and the people from the custom work have given me multiple dates in the meantime but obviously these deadlines have not been met.

    Now I’m not even able to receive a date as the dev that originally took on the project has been assigned to other new scheduled projects and therefore my custom work has to wait behind in line which does not seem logical to me.

    I’m really not trying to diminish your business but the amount of time and energy getting into this is just ridiculous and I currently have no clue when this work will be finished

    Crazy to see how you’re trying to deny that you’re providing custom development once something goes wrong instead of trying to help your customers out. Yes, the custom development is done by a company under a different name but it is through your website that I did the customization, also I’m in direct contact with a representative from your company during the work.

    You guys literally have a menu called ‘custom development’ on the website: https://wc-marketplace.com/custom-development/

    The custom work is product-related as described in my first message, so yes I need help solving this issue.
