I’ve been looking at the Add-on Woocommerce Product Bundles plugin as well and it looks very interesting and might be the solution i need. I like the idea of the hidden blank shirt for stock keeping.

Thanks for your response. I’ve already tried the first plugin. Problem with all these plugins is that these work in a way that i don’t have a separate entry anymore for each combination.
The example i gave was a bit simplified to keep the post short. Unfortunately, the pricing calculations needed are way to complex and are not simply add fixed amount or add percentage.
Therefore i need the unique combinations for all variations to enter the price manually. But as explained, the chosen print does not change the stock of red shirts…
So basically i’m looking for a way to sort of group together certain properties for stock keeping and add other properties which have unique variations but do not have stock.
