Ok, I think the problem fixed itself, after i changed the settings in Polylang from showing the urls with the /en/XXX instead of without it.

I can open the link you provided without problems and see the profile. Have you already fixed it?
If not, I have experienced the exact same problem a short while ago.
I fixed the problem, by creating a user profile page in the websites default language (as I changed the default language to english and didn’t have an english version) and set that in the UM settings as User Page.
For the other languages, I created translated pages of the user page and checked the “This is a translation of the UM profile page” option.
Then it worked.
