Hi krkjee,
1. We’ve just updated Tickera with “Upcoming Events Widget” 😉
2. On what “Export to calendar” function exactly do you mean?Hi there,
Please check if the Order status is marked as Paid or Received.
In case it is “Received” it won’t be counted in the admin. In regards to the email – did you turn on “Admin Order Placed E-Mail” option (Tikcera > Settings > E-mail). If you did, check the Spam, maybe email goes there.

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Cart details in Payment Mehthod InfoGreat:)
Hi martinvw,
Currently, creating manual orders is not possible but it is on our feature list, so you can expect it in the future updates.

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Cart details in Payment Mehthod InfoBut instead of the shortcode you can use Tickera widget and plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/ so you can specify the page where the widget will be (in your case Payment Method page).
So, you have to add the widget to the Widget Area and input into Widget logic:
is_page(‘Payment’)
or whatever you’ve named the Payment Method page.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Cart details in Payment Mehthod InfoHi there,
Currently there is no shortcode for that but it is a great idea, I will suggest it to our developers.

Unfortunately, currently it’s not possible but I will certainly send your suggestion to our developers.

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Attendees interfaceHi arjwiz,
1) In case you have turned off “Show Ticket Owner Fields” feature you will find just buyer info in Tickera > Orders > Details > View.
2) In Tickera > Orders > Details > View you can see the status of the Order. Once you are sure that the payment is went through you can change the status ti Paid and the ticket buyer will get the e-mail with the tickets. But if you are using one of the supported payment gateways – https://tickera.com/supported-payment-gateways/ the Order Status will be changed automatically after the successful payment.
3) In Tickera > Orders > Total you can find the price of the ticket they bought and other information relative to the order.
4) You will have to use our CSV export add-on – https://tickera.com/addons/csv-export/Hi arjwiz,
You can use one of the currently available placeholders:
(ORDER_ID, ORDER_TOTAL, DOWNLOAD_URL, BUYER_NAME, ORDER_DETAILS).In case you include ORDER_DETAILS placeholder (Tickera > Settings > E-mail > Client > Order > Completed E-Mail) the system will send full ticket order details to user.
Hi arjwiz,
Here is the instruction where you can find all available shorcodes – https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/shortcodes/
Currently there is no shorcode for ticket description. So you will need to copy/paste description from the ticket type section.P.S.Thank you for the great review 🙂
To add more fields, you will have to use our “Custom Forms” add-on – https://tickera.com/addons/custom-forms/
P.S. First Name, Last Name, and email can’t be removed. However, you can change those words by “translating” the strings. Instruction for this you can find here – https://tickera.com/blog/translating-tickera-plugin/For Mailchimp we have “MailChimp Newsletter” add-on – https://tickera.com/addons/mailchimp-newsletter/
Great 🙂
Hi there,
You can create new Page (name it for example: Events). On this page you would use Tickera shorcodes – https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/shortcodes/ to present your events.
After that you just have to go to your WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading, set “A static page” and choose “Event” page you’ve created.
