Yes, the Post notification email will be triggered as soon as a new post is published even if it is a scheduled post.

I understand you have setup a new confirmation page but the page shows “Transaction not found” message.

Thank you for sharing additional information about the test you did. From what I understand it looks like you have compatibility problem between Contact Form 7 and MailPoet. Since this is not related to the plugin functionality itself and more about the compatibility issue. Please add this as a feature request in https://feedback.mailpoet.com/ This is where our developers look for future improvement of the plugin.

I’m not quite sure what type of interference we are talking about from MailPoet. Did you reach out to the developers of Contact Form 7 to see if they have any info to help you with this?

I understand the test preview email is not working when you send to any Gmail email addresses and the format of the emails send to your other email platforms are different.

I understand your MailPoet form popup is displaying incorrectly when you scroll down to the bottom as it is hidden by the footer section.
I looked to this and it looks like a CSS problem in the theme. Try adding the following custom CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS
