Good luck with the switch — one practical tip: deactivating Elementor won’t delete your content, but pages built with it won’t convert into blocks automatically, so plan to rebuild your key layouts. The Group, Columns, and Query Loop blocks cover most of what Elementor sections and widgets did, and the List View button is your best friend while you’re learning. Before rebuilding headers and footers, check whether your theme supports full site editing, since classic themes still handle those areas in the Customizer.
