If you used shortcodes to include the animation then the WYSIWYG might insert an extra p tag at the beginng or when there is an empty line. This shouldn’t happen with the PHP integration version. But I saw that you already fixed it by css, am therefore closing the issue. Please consider voting for the plugin if you liked it.

Hi, great that you found the bug! Would you mind sending me the buggy and fixed compositions anyway? I don’t really get why this would cause the animation to fail within Edge Suite. I’m pretty sure other people will run into something like this sooner or later and I better know by then what’s happening.

Looks like you are still using the old version of the plugin. Pretty sure WP will be confused when you keep both versions of the plugin in the plugin folder. Just delete the old version or move it somewhere else temporarily. The plugin update is just about some JS code updates, so nothing major which would change your database or anything.

Does this work standalone in the browser? Seems to be an internal error, EA can’t find an element on the timeline, Edge Suite shouldn’t have any effect on this. If it works standalone in the browser can you sent me the composition to edge@timmjansen.com, then I’ll take a look.

    Hi,
are you using shortcodes? If so can you try to use iframe=”true” with the shortcode and check if the animation comes up. EA throws an “Cannot read property ‘tween’ of undefined” error, so I want to make sure that is because of other JS and is not coming from the composition itself.

… after having a coffee… install the latest dev version of the plugin as described in the faq, I checked, you have the latest stable version. This should fix the image problem.

Instead of all the cross posting and massively spamming me by mail you can maybe read the other threads and especially the FAQ, as stated on the project page! That would help everyone! I’m not going to give any assistance unless you have tried all the steps in the FAQ and report back what the results are, otherwise I end up answering the same questions over and over again. Sorry…

Can you sent me a link to the site, otherwise I can’t do much.

    Hi,
quickly checked your page. The margin is coming from an empty p tag from within the top-logo-group. Try to remove the p tag or set the margin to 0 then it should work.

    Hi,
glad to hear it kind of works. Getting the same issue on your page as well, can you test it inline with a shortcode? There the resizing worked for me when resizing the browser window, but it doesn’t have the correct size on page load. Would be good if you can double check with your new composition. Will try to do some more testing on it, have to see when I have time for this. In general, if you like the plugin, please consider voting for it, thanks.

As expected, you have an EA 3 composition and are not using the dev version of Edge Suite. Please check the link in the FAQ. The dev version is NOT the latest stable version.

If images are not found then it’s a clear sign for an EA 3 composition and an old installation. If you can sent a link to your site then I’ll take a look.

As a side note it would be nice if you would just take a look at other issues before posting a new one. The last two issues have been about the exact same problem….
