I just uploaded the file to the sandbox site with no problem. I realized that I needed to whitelist my own IP address because my security provider was crazy strict! Thanks!

I need a couple hours and a whiskey to make sense of the shell thing. It’s beyond me at the moment.Now I have gotten a failed backup email notification every 5 minutes since 4pm EST! What’s going on?

Why is that? I am using the latest plugin version (plus, the above video is from April). I have yet to update to wordpress 5.5.3. Is that why?
Providing further details: whenever I try to restore a backup and it fails, this plugin begins to run a long, never-ending series of processes that freezes then crashes my entire site.
I literally can’t even navigate back to my plugins screen to deactivate. I am only able to stop this process by renaming the plugin folder on my server.
Update: none of my previously functional backups are working. Including one that says “backup complete!” near the bottom of the log.
How can I share the log with you privately?
