I have same problem. I tried to change web on http://www.zamecnikovi.cz, and it didn´t work. Then I changed it to our other website http://www.getlostsafely.com, and it worked even when it was running from administration of first web.

– when you click to “edit”, you will see the correct “Next run time”. Also when you proceed campaign manually…

– I don´t think it´s problem of importing. Most of nonworking sources in my occasion were added in new wersion… and don´t work.
